Quick Random Thoughts for Nov 25 2012

1.  If I consistently posted these, they wouldn't be random.

2.  I am forcing myself not to do anything outdoors this holiday weekend in the hope that my knee will be well before I go to Ecuador to kayak.

3.  Still, I managed to go on a hike on Friday.   We went to Coldwater Mtn., link to info here: http://www.neabc.org/coldwater-mountain-bike-trail-project.htm.   We were going to ride bikes but I had an equipment malfunction, so we hiked instead.   It's a fantastic new park, many banked turns and whoop-te-do's in the trail.

4.  My crossfit box bought a new building!   We will have space for our ever-increasing group of athletes to train.

5.  I am beyond bored right now.
