Helping Back Pain

I only have back pain if I am standing for awhile.  Unfortunately it's not very long -20 minutes or so and I start hurting.  Until now.
I have begun doing the first two exercises mobility guy does in this video.   I realized after being at Dia de los Muertes festival last weekend that I had been standing for over half an hour and wasn't hurting at all.
